Mechanical Room Upgrade

Our team was assigned to design and implement a durable and energy-efficient hot water system for the Alpenglow building, which houses over 100 units. The upgrade involved removing outdated equipment and installing modern, long-lasting components to improve performance and reduce operating costs.
  • Replaced 3 aging storage tanks and 3 commercial water heaters
  • Added 2 stainless steel hot water tanks with a lifetime warranty
  • Significantly extended system lifespan (vs. previous tank replacements every 5–6 years)
  • Reduced long-term hot water operating costs for the entire building
