Signs You Need a Power Flush

Cold spots or uneven heating

Gurgling or circulating noises

Higher than normal energy bills

Discoloured or dirty system water

System hasn't been flushed in 3+ years

Glycol hasn't been replaced in 5+ years

What Is a Power Flush?

Glycol keeps your system from freezing, but it doesn’t last forever. Every five years or so it breaks down and turns corrosive, eating away at valves, pumps and manifolds from the inside.

We chemical flush first to break the sludge down, then power flush each zone until the water runs clear. Deeper than a power flush alone.

What happens if you leave it?

Corrosion can fail the in-floor lines themselves. Then it’s not a flush—it’s tearing up floors and tile to replace the piping, a job that can run into the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
